As the Website Operations Manager you will work to support the day-to-day management, maintenance, strategic development, and continuous improvement of the company brand as well as couple of other sister company brands/ websites.

Day to day:

  • You will support the creation and delivery of a strategic website development focused on improving search engine rankings, traffic growth, lead generation and conversion rate optimisation in a sitecore environment
  • Responsible for developing operational processes and procedures, as well as managing systems and infrastructure that support user experience, conversion rate optimisation, and SEO optimisation programmes to drive incremental lead volume, working collaboratively with IT.
  • Developing methods to gather input and feedback from web users and internal stakeholders, listening and responding to their needs to influence employing new and innovative ways to enhance the website journey.
  • Support the wider marketing team to deliver campaigns, creating or optimising landing pages and reporting on conversions.
  • Provide data feedback on A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages and emails to optimise conversion marketing efforts and segment effectively.
  • Project management of website optimisation and development projects.
  • Co-ordination of digital agencies and other external suppliers.
  • Work with the marketing teams to support the efficiency of marketing acquisition campaigns by ensuring landing page experience is optimal and tracked.
  • Working with key teams across the business and utilising analytic reports to surface trends and themes in the data and offer insight & recommendations to improve conversion through the buyer journey and usability enhancements.
  • Own the end-to-end AB/MVT test programme, monitoring the performance of all testing, optimising, and refining to work towards goals of improving web KPIs.
  • Collaborating with key internal staff and management to ensure the website aligns with brand strategy and meets business standards.
  • Collaborate with other internal functions to ensure our web presence provides a compelling experience for visitors from any channel.
  • Where necessary, support the digital team to process website update requests from the business.
  • Use appropriate measurement tools [Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SEMRush, Google Search Console] to monitor and evaluate website performance and make recommendations for improvements
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates on website performance including specific campaigns
  • Keep up to date with industry best practice and monitor competitor websites.

Experience needed:

  • 5+ years relevant digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrable working experience of Sitecore content management system
  • Excellent working knowledge of SEO
  • Highly analytical with experience of using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and similar tools.
  • Experience of optimising across the entire buyer journey – from digital acquisition, through to landing pages to customer sign-up and purchase.
  • Familiar with the framework and principles of a Customer Journey led approach
