The YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP are now seeking a Product Analytics Lead to join the Product Strategy team.

The Role:

The Product Strategy Team are seeking a Product Analyst to join the team based in our offices in Westfield. Reporting into the Product Analytics Lead and working in partnership with the Product and Strategy teams, you will support the development of the product analytics capability, to provide strategic insights and decision support for enhanced customer engagement and business growth. As a pivotal member of the wider Product team, you will work across the across Luxury & Fashion; Technology Corporate Function and OFS divisions to drive performance and create value.

You Will:

  • Be responsible for creating data-driven and actionable insights to support the Product team, helping to drive consumer engagement and performance by improving quality of decision making and steering direction of product development.
  • Be responsible for championing this discipline within the Product team, supporting and actively contributing to the development of your function
  • Be an effective intendent worker, taking guidance and running with tasks both individually but also effectively within a team
  • Be an effective partner to Product to define metrics and measure standards- influencing your stakeholders in discussing, suggesting and establishing the most important and relevant KPIs.
  • Provide guidance on testing strategy to generate insights from testing and experimentation including A/B and multivariate tests which inform further optimisation and maximise revenue across the Product domain.
  • Support with the development of a dashboard framework to help the standardisation of analysis and reporting, to provide Strategy and Product teams with the requisite data to enable them to track performance against KPIs.
  • Support with the upskilling of the Product team where appropriate to enable them to independently pull basic results on their Product
  • Support with the development of iterative reporting and analysis including presenting results and recommendations in both written and verbal form, providing an impartial voice in decision making.
  • Support the wider analytics community within YNAP through knowledge sharing and collaboration to optimise analytics models and value outcomes across business.

You Have:

  • At least 2 years’ practical experience conducting analysis in online, ecommerce or marketing or equivalent, with a demonstrable track record in influencing and delivering business impact using data.
  • Foundational understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
  • A highly numerate and analytical mindset focused on the customer and the development of actionable insight for commercial benefit.
  • Experience in testing and experimentation (using techniques such as A/B testing), performance measurement, data visualisation.
  • Experience of SQL and Tableau.
  • Experience with experimentation framework and front-end analytics platform like Google Analytics 360.
  • Experience in preparing and giving impactful presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • An undergraduate level degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Physics or equivalent numerical degree.
  • Experience of working as an effective analyst as part of a wider Product team.
