Are you looking for a career in Product Management? Whether you’re straight out of university or are looking for a career change, this is the perfect role to kickstart your new life in Product. As a Junior Product Manager at Wolf & Badger, you’ll get to work up close with a growing team of Product and Engineering professionals – getting to roll up your sleeves early on by getting involved with impactful projects and processes.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Product to plan Product Discovery, execute on product roadmaps and help manage stakeholders throughout the business. For the right candidate, you’ll learn lots of best practices and set yourself up for a lifelong career in Product.

What will you do?

  • Help organise Product Discovery by lining up customer interviews, taking interview notes, writing up insights
  • Manage incoming bugs and feature requests, ensuring great communication between the Product team and the wider business
  • Help with writing Product updates and communications
  • Attend and participate in Product Workshops
  • Help to organise day-to-day product processes
  • Deputise for the Head of Product when they are busy on other projects
  • Project Management, ensuring we deliver when we say we’re going to

Requirements

  • No prior experience is necessary
  • Must have a keen interest in Product Management
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Very organised and efficient
  • Comfortable working with data
  • Enjoy problem solving
  • Thoughtful about Product problems

Also Desirable

  • Ideally completed an internship or worked at a technology company
  • Some basic understanding of Product, alumni of an entry-level Product course
  • Previous office experience beneficial
