Our Demand generation department is looking for a Email & Marketing Automation Lead.

In your role, you will plan, develop, and implement automated marketing campaigns to increase user retention, engagement, and conversion rates.

This role requires a strong blend of analytics, understanding users and their needs, setting up and deploying new emails and in-product flows, analyzing and optimizing for specific segmentations..


  • Manage end-to-end automated marketing campaigns: from ideation, through set up & segment and ends with analysis & optimization.
  • Lead the Email & Marketing Automation team.
  • Continuously experiment: execute A/B tests on email concepts, subject lines, content, CTAs, sending times, layouts, and more.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters, identify target audience segments and capture feedback from multiple stakeholders..
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign ongoing and end results, to deliver recommendations based on insights and troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Analyzing & reporting, testing, project management and HTML coding
  • Ability to grow and manage a marketing team inhouse/Freelancers


  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation-preferable in a SaaS company
  • Understanding of email best practices for email creatives, templates, metrics and associated KPIs, segmentation, dynamic content, and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with marketing automation /email marketing platforms such as Braze/ Hubspot / Silverpop or similar
  • Basic + knowledge of HTML and content management systems – A Plus!
  • Experience working with marketing analysis, working with large sets of data and numbers.
  • Strong project/time management skills
  • Fluent in English
