JOB PURPOSE

The Customer Account Manager is responsible for the delivery of Turnover, Profitability and Business Building Terms budgets within allocated categories.  The role will contain elements of portfolio management, analysis, and administration.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about delivering results and PASSIONATE about beauty. The role requires you to be well organised, able to prioritise tasks of high complexity and build a network of strong relationships to get things done with accuracy and efficiency across Unilever.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Turnover, Customer Profitability and Business Building Terms budgets for the Customer within allocated categories
  • Manage promotional nomination forms and other specific customer administration
  • Create, execute and measure category specific Joint Business Plans
  • Activate Shopper Marketing activities With Customer Marketing Manager
  • Portfolio management with direct buyer management
  • Provision of clear up to date inputs to Business Processes e.g. Customer Business Planning
  • Customer inputs into the S&OP (promotional planning) process – responsible for 6 month forecast within designated categories.
  • Own the balance sheet within designated categories (cpp calculations, accruals, price query resolution, trade term compliance)
  • Lead execution in store is in line with agreements and with ‘perfect store’ principles.
  • Negotiate and execute category specific Joint Customer Business Plan
  • Create & execute share winning plan.

Location

In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London to house the employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars, Lever House in Kingston, Unilever House in Leatherhead and Graze in Richmond. We are creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment, purposefully bringing us together in our own Unilever ecosystem. The campus is due to be completed in December 2023 and will consist of two interconnected buildings, as well as landscaped surrounding areas.
