The Ultimate Role:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Talent Partner to lead talent acquisition for our Sales department. The Sales team is rapidly growing across all our locations, with a key focus on the USA. We’re on the cusp of our Series B scale-up, so now is the perfect time to join and help us grow!
As a Talent Partner, you will source top talent across all areas of Sales from SDR to Senior Director. You will be the lead advisor for hiring managers and will not be bound by traditional recruiting practices – we want you to be creative, innovative and have fun. Finally, you will share our company and vision and use innovative branding and recruitment methods to help build overall awareness.
The Role Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Sales leaders on workforce planning to prioritize the hiring plan
- Take ownership for the Sales recruiting strategy in all hiring locations (New York, London, Berlin)
- Conduct deep market mapping exercises to identify key talent pools
- Own the annual salary benchmarking review process for the department
- Build a strong pipeline and engage top talent through creative attraction and sourcing channels
- Be a true trusted advisor and coach for hiring managers and candidates.
- Put the candidate experience at the heart of what you do
- Devise innovative and engaging projects related to the candidate experience, including interview best practices and hiring manager/team training
- Leverage Talent metrics and extract insights to drive results and continuous improvements
- Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring and meet business objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of our product and mission and articulate our impact on the Customer Support industry
- Key Stakeholders: VP of Sales, Sales Hiring Managers, People and Culture Manager – Sales.
The Ultimate Profile:
- Experience in recruiting for sales in either an agency or in-house environment in multiple markets (Europe, UK, US preferably)
- Full professional fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of the Sales market with the demonstrated ability to establish and nurture ongoing candidate relationships
- Demonstrated experience across the end-to-end recruitment process (planning/intake meetings with hiring managers, hands-on sourcing, management of recruitment advertising, and structured interviewing)
- Understanding of key hiring channels with a strong ability to create and use innovative sourcing strategies to generate a pipeline of strong consulting candidates
- Drawn to using data and metrics to help form insights and decisions for hiring
- Passionate about communicating, independent, results-oriented, and attentive to details.
- Highly experienced networker with a passion for making and developing connections
Additional skills and experience, desirable not essential:
- Employer branding/talent marketing knowledge and experience
- Experience working with TeamTailor or related ATS tools
