Job Title: Executive Support Engineer
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months
Job Description
Minimum 1 year experience servicing C Level (VIP s) executives in person and remotely.
Highly proficient in Microsoft technologies Win10, O365, Teams, Outlook/Exchange
Proficient in Apple Macintosh
Proficient in iOS and iPhone, iPad technologies
Proficient in Android OS and Samsung devices
Proficient in Client H/W support
Solid understanding of Networking specifically wireless technologies (office/home)
Proficient in supporting PC peripheral devices Docks -Webcam s Headset/headphones speakers printers, etc.
Excellent communication skills oral/written
Ability to work off hours as required
Self-starter
Motivated
Superior customer service skills
