Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you a PPC Executive that understands marketing for a small business? We’re looking for a pay per click executive to manage the company’s pay per click campaigns for events and online courses. As the PPC Executive, you’ll love everything around paid search, with an analytical and numbers driven focus. You’ll provide day to day support to launching and optimise PPC campaigns, manage search platforms, monitor budgets and much more.

Duties of the PPC executive

· Regular and ad-hoc reporting and detailed analysis of the results using google analytics and providing conversion reports.

· Allocating and analysing budgets for Lead Generation, Sales Campaign and Remarketing

· Developing and working with A/B split testing to Optimise landing pages and campaigns including heatmap analaysis.

· Customer/User Acquisition including paid social, paid search, display, and partnerships.

· Manage and optimise the large-scale paid social in Facebook, Instagram, and paid search campaigns in Google AdWords, to meet the target KPIs across a diverse range of initiatives (eg: revenue generation, new subscribers, win back lapsed subscribers, new product or event awareness, content sampling, video views, and product engagement).

· Generate, maintain, and refine keyword lists (long-tail keywords and phrases), ad copy, site link extensions, and any other campaign assets.

· Perform ongoing keyword research for inclusion and exclusion.

· Implement digital marketing campaigns on paid social channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google).

· Adjust and optimise marketing campaigns/keywords and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions in order to hit ROAS targets as directed using feedback & input from Senior leadership

· Pull platform reporting to monitor campaign pacing and help keep campaign reports up to date

· Demonstrate interest in developing stronger analytical skills to measure and report on marketing programs and KPIs.

· Create and deliver presentations of test results and strategies to clients.

· Collect data that can be analysed to develop optimisation strategies to ensure campaign performance and drive growth.

· Stay abreast of new platform updates and features.

Requirements of the role:

· Great personality and team player.

· Good understanding and experience with google tag manager.

· Understanding of implementation of PPC for small business.

· Experience and understanding of google Optimise.

· Copywriting abilities to establish the best click through rates on all campaigns.

· Clear verbal and written communication skills, including a high level of English grammar.

· Strong reporting skills.

· Up to date knowledge of Google analytics, google ads and facebook ads.

· Excellent people skills and the ability to translate client briefs into results.

· Good skills on Microsoft Excel and Word.

· Previous experience of working from home and managing your own time well essential

during COVID19.

· 3+ years of experience in paid social campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads).

· Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for

increased ROAS.

· Demonstrated ability to interpret data for insights and next steps.

· Facebook Blueprint certification or Google Digital Marketing Certificate preferred.

· Understanding of social media metrics, conversion funnels, and the ability to link results

with specific elements of a broader campaign.

· Demonstrated capability of self-direction and motivation – you will have a lot of freedom to make decisions, explore new aspects of an evolving field, and drive the team forward, but that requires a personality that thrives with challenges and finds solutions.

· Work well under pressure, as some responsibilities may be time-sensitive and under

tight deadlines.

The position requires is a 5 day a week job working Monday to Friday remotely.
