Our client has a brand-new opportunity for an onsite Support Technician to join their team in the San Diego, CA area to complete assigned tasks pertaining to Apple or PC hardware and software and Apple Microsoft operating systems. Scope of Activity Provide support using Microsoft operating system software and Microsoft Office Suite applications Support desktop hardware and peripherals, desktop imaging tools, desktop network configuration, and desktop software installation and configuration Smart Hands activity physical device count survey, basic patching, LED verification, crash cart assistance (console recorder reporter), power cycling (reboot of equipment), replace media (i.e. USB thumb drive, DVD) Qualifications 2 to 3+ years of applicable work experience Technical college degree or comparable in Computer Science A+ Certification Baseline OEM Certifications which include any of the following, depending on assignment Dell Desktop Laptop, Client Desktop Laptop Printer, Lenovo Desktop Laptop, Lexmark Printer, IBM Printer, Server+ Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
