Responsible For: No Managerial Responsibilities

Fixed Term Contract: from 1st June 2022 to 28th February 2023

Location: Work from home or hybrid if within commutable distance of Canary Wharf office

Training will be offered for all aspects of this role

MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB

Working with the Job Search Team you will be supporting candidates impacted by redundancy by creating links to the job market.

You will be allocated to a specific outplacement project where you will work in partnership with the Job Search Team, Sales, PM Team and Associate Coaches to:

Develop relationships with recruiters, local companies and internally across the Manpower Group to identify vacancies:

Research, create and produce lists of companies from databases and research tools such as LinkedIn, Innovantage, D&B Hoovers and Abintegro (training will be given on tools)

Create and send regular mailshots from Dot digital (training will be given) and mail merges to companies to advertise job search resources, events and thought leadership. Follow up any queries and convert into leads. Ensure GDPR compliance.

Maintain regular contact with key account companies, set up catch up calls, exchange recruitment news and keep them updated with any changes to job search resources.

Maintain regular contact with key agencies and funding organisations and update appropriate word and excel documents with relevant information.

Develop an understanding of the Manpower Group and the brands within and how you can work with each of these business areas to nurture good relationships to support candidates job search and training needs.

Events

Identify organisations to take part in virtual spotlight and careers fair aligning with candidate roles and skill sets. Invite key contacts, set up and manage information calls, rehearsals, and work with digital consultant to carry out technical checks and host events on Team’s and ON24

Update and maintain event spreadsheet in excel for internal tracking.

Upload event information onto digital platforms to enable candidate registration.

Manage event project plan updating timelines, adjusting, and refining procedure as necessary to ensure best practice and compliance is always maintained.

Relationships with local authorities, government agencies etc.

Develop relationships with Councils, Local Enterprise Partnerships etc.

Forming relationships with these organisations will help to obtain information on companies moving to the area, development projects, company expansions etc. Councils etc. have many contacts within organisations that can help source vacancies and research possible opportunities.

Update and maintain information in customer relationship database

Market intelligence:

Use internal and external resources to access up to date market intelligence.

Share information with Career Coaches and when requested produce reports for sales department and clients.

Understand how regional and international changes in the job market may affect recruitment trends and the impact that will have on your job and the business.

Candidate Support:

Provide 1:1 job search support. You will be expected to arrange an initial 30-minute planning call with candidates to outline the support they will receive; promote the events and webinars they can take part in and signpost them to resources within digital platforms.

Update digital platforms and project specific trackers on excel with outcomes of the call and next steps (training will be given)

Data Analysis:

Conduct analysis across a broad range of data sources, producing timely and concise results.

Deliver draft analysis reports, using simple and effective visualisations that can be scaled if necessary for sales and Job Search Team

Produce and publish reports on a weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis for the business

Develop and maintain various reports and dashboards utilising Excel.

Demonstrated by:

Competent in the use of IT tools Including Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook

Able to use Teams and ON24 or willingness to learn

Good numerical, written and oral communication skills

Experience in working in a team

Customer Service experience

Basic understanding of project management

Ability to build and nurture internal and external relationships
