We are hiring a Director to Lead our global business development with the Finance sector. This individual will pave the path to Taboola’s sales and partnership efforts with the world’s largest Banks, Credit Cards, Insurance companies such as HSBC, Bank of America, Santander, Amex, Mastercard, AIG, CapitalOne etc. If you are passionate about evangelizing market-leading media strategies and innovative solutions to exceed our clients’ needs and if you are a sales executive who thrives with aggressive revenue growth targets – this role is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing network of high-level executives to introduce and evangelize Taboola as an important and necessary partner.
  • Successfully create key partnerships at group level to influence and motivate individual markets to partner with Taboola for their marketing activities.
  • Support discussions with media agency decision makers on the tactics of the using Taboola for the Financial clients
  • Influence and lead internal Sales and AM teams to execute against commitments to Finance decision makers.
  • Effectively communicate our clients’ needs to internal teams including product, engineering, marketing, and operations to help shape Taboola’s investment in innovation to drive the Automotive business.

Requirements

  • A deep rolodex of senior leaders and decision makers in the industry (ideally regionally or globally).
  • 10+ years of experience (either from within the Finance industry or from working closely with Finance Clients)
  • Vast knowledge of the competitive landscape in ad tech industry
  • Proven track record of closing large deals ($5M+)
  • Outstanding persuasive communication and presentation skills communicating complex solutions.

Taboola needs a senior business development manager. A person who knows how to uncover, develop, and sign partnerships with major global companies. You will be heavily supported by all teams at Taboola (Sales, AM, Product, Marketing, Research, etc…) and you will need to navigate in an internal matrix organization. This is an important role. Skills sets such as communication, experience, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and grit are key.
