About the Role:

SkyHive is looking for a Senior SaaS Project Manager to work on exciting implementation projects across its Fortune 500 customers. As a Senior SaaS Project Manager, your objective is to deliver SkyHive product successfully and on time to its customers and manage the implementation of the customer project. You will have the freedom to design the processes to support that goal. In close collaboration and alignment with the broader account team in SkyHive including the Customer Success Manager you will develop and own relationships with key customers and partners. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the on-time delivery of SaaS products to Fortune 500 clients globally.
  • Ensure world-class service to SkyHive customers.
  • Accountable to excellence in customer success and customer delivery as measured through Customer Net Promoter Score.
  • Coordinate project timelines, tasks, and development efforts with both the internal engineering and solutions team to manage implementation projects on time and on budget.
  • Work with internal/external customer teams to assess business and implementation risks, guide the technical integration process, assist with technical problem solving and manage internal resources to resolve various customer issues.
  • Be responsible for reporting on the health of your customer(s)’ projects and satisfaction as a key part of the customer’s overall success measures.
  • Have sufficient technical competence to talk shop with the best of them.
  • Deeply understand SkyHive’s products; deliver products tailored to customer environments.
  • Master new technologies, ideas, and execute against complex, strategic initiatives.
  • Manage complex implementations and identify ways to improve user experience on the platform.
  • Demonstrate strong customer and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives, working collaboratively with the Customer Success Manager to ensure the customer realizes value from their overall investment in SkyHive.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and managing the expectations of our cross-functional partners.
  • Continuously improve operational workflows and help scale product delivery across the breadth of SkyHive customers.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results on time; able to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a SaaS company and enterprise implementation experience
  • 5-7 years of work experience in implementing technology products in a technical role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and worked with Fortune 500 customers
  • Experience resolving and communicating issues with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, across different customer time-zones and countries
  • Proven experience in prioritizing competing demands in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery
  • Flexibility to some travel, as required (under 20% expected; none during COVID-19)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working in scaling startups
  • Experience in working on software integrations
  • The ability to speak Korean, Japanese, Spanish, German, and/or French
  • Familiarity with metrics collection, data mining, and presentation
