About The Position

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Go-to-market, you will be part of a global recruitment team based in Europe and U.S. while working on the frontlines identifying and attracting talent to contribute to Showpad’s strategic growth. We are aiming to deliver a proactive, repeatable, and predictable sourcing engine that fills candidate pipelines with consistency. Main focus will be customer-facing and go-to-market positions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Professional Services, Partnerships, Revenue Operations).

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Go-to-market, drives talent sourcing and hiring efforts of the best talent in the marketplace, in support of the organisation’s continued record growth. It is imperative that this individual be highly adaptable and process-oriented, have a passion for identifying top talent, partnering with a collaborative team and driving results.

Note: Showpad has embraced remote and hybrid ways of working. We can hire people based anywhere in the UK, assuming candidates have eligible working rights. From a cultural and mental well-being perspective, we do value in-person time together in the office or at social events. This role is open to candidates who are able and willing to come into our London office from time to time.

Key Responsibilities for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, Go-to-market at Showpad

  • End-to-End responsible for recruiting efforts including sourcing through various channels, qualifying candidates through resume screening and first interviews, driving candidates through the process and negotiating/closing offers
  • Own the candidate experience throughout the process. Collaborate with Hiring Managers, the People Operations and Onboarding team to deliver a high quality and holistic candidate experience
  • Understand and act accordingly to our compensation philosophy, different types of contracts, benefits and other compensation related topics
  • Creatively promote the Showpad brand via social and professional networks to potential candidates as well as collaborate with marketing on innovating our employment brand
  • Actively contribute to Talent Acquisition and People projects to continuously improve our internal processes and technology efficiency.
  • Commit to update internal systems (e.g. Greenhouse, Workday) and track and analyse relevant recruitment metrics to hold yourself and the team accountable for delivering against targets
  • Commit to continuous learning and innovation

  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing, building a diverse pipeline and hiring for customer-facing positions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently
  • A metric driven approach and passion for showing value to the business through data
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an approachable and professional style
  • A growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity. Ability to shift tasks when priorities change and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
