What You’ll Do

The SAP Partner Ecosystem is a fundamental cornerstone of SAP’s vision to enable every enterprise to become an intelligent, sustainable enterprise. The Partner Transformation Lead will lead the strategy to execution of high impact initiatives to rapidly transition our partners to a cloud business model across EMEA North. The candidate will be responsible for initiating, promoting, and coordinating the implementation of best practices, innovations, new processes, and tools on global, regional and market unit level. The ideal candidate is someone that works well under pressure and has a successful track record of effectively managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously. You’ll look for ways to scale best practices so that partners can grow seamlessly with our business. This individual also has excellent communication and organizational skills, is approachable, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to apply critical thinking in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to quickly pick up and comprehend new topics, business scenarios, etc. to be able to successfully lead corresponding project management efforts as well as keeping SAP management informed and empowered to effectively steer complex decisions.

  • Drive several strategic or transformational initiatives, in a fully self-driven way and in coordination with different stakeholders across the business
  • Capture, analyse and synthesize information quickly, developing frameworks and structured recommendations on how to proceed and manage different initiatives
  • Drive execution of programs with cadence in a matrix environment
  • Deliver outcomes on complex issues in a matrix organisational setup
  • Provide thought leadership on key initiatives; act as advisor in these areas and ensure execution and change through management level networking
  • Actively challenge the status quo and strengthen cross-organizational collaboration; Act as a Transformation Agent and as Partner advocate to foster evolution of SAP
  • Externally and internally recognized as a noted authority in transformation topics, which is accompanied by broad business knowledge of the SAP partner ecosystem
  • Build and maintains an extensive network within SAP
  • Drive continuous improvement and break-through results related to scaling SAP’s business with the partner ecosystem
  • Proactively share knowledge and expertise to help others to develop and grow; Coaches/ mentors others

What You Bring

  • Top Management Consulting and/or IT/SW industry or relevant functional experience related to operational responsibility, including project / functional leadership positions
  • University degree; Master’s degree from top tier business school preferred
  • Experience with SAP partner ecosystem management; Direct and/or Indirect Sales experience would be an advantage
  • Strong Project Management Experience with day-to-day engagement of senior stakeholders
  • Excellent C-level communication and presentation skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional influence, negotiation and facilitation skills; able to clearly articulate objectives and desired outcomes while building stakeholder consensus, responding objectively to challenges and quickly identifying solutions
  • Ability to hold contributing resources in a matrix environment accountable without direct authority
  • Solution focused collaborator; able to influence and lead cross-functional globally distributed matrixed teams.
  • Outcome driven individual with a track record of delivering results above expectations and under time constraints.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
