Where you will work

Aquasuite, a product of Royal HaskoningDHV, has been at the forefront of using machine learning and AI to analyse, control and optimise water supply for over 20 years. There are now Aquasuite products and solutions to provide insights and optimise the entire man-made water cycle from abstraction, leakage, sewer flooding through to wastewater treatment and sludge processing.

The Aquasuite team of over 30 people are now expanding into new markets, the UK is one of the focus areas and Aquasuite has already developed brand and market awareness in the UK, together with a growing client b ase.

What you will do as Customer Success Manager

  • Cultivate meaningful customer intimacy with a combined portfolio
  • Improve customer satisfaction scores
  • Improve customer retention and reduce churn
  • Connect Customer Experience Manager across the business, working with all departments to ensure the Customers’ needs are at the forefront of a seamless service
  • Serve as an escalation point for resolving issues
  • Perform root cause analysis of customer issues and implement solutions to resolve these issues permanently
  • Obtain, collate and present customer feedback and insight on both service and product

What you bring

  • Degree Level education and/or 2+ years relevant business experience
  • Client-centric mind-set
  • Previous experience within a Customer Success, Client Management or Customer Experience type role
  • Calm and confident with clients, often in pressure situations
  • Strong grasp of best practice Customer Service
  • Sound business judgement to assess opportunities and potential risks
  • Eager to grow and learn – desire to stretch self
  • Ability to build internal relationships across different teams and business areas at senior management level
  • Excellent analytical, diagnostic and complex problem solving skills
