About The Role

As the Product Specialist within Roku’s Ads organization, you will commercialize display and video product features for advertisers and launch/lead key programs to engage with partners. You will be the cross-screen (web, mobile and CTV) product expert for our internal business teams and empower them by providing product training, ongoing updates, and support for partner engagements. You will act as a thought partner for Product teams in developing new features by sharing partner feedback and needs as they evolve. The ideal candidate is comfortable manipulating and analyzing data to make both tactical and strategic recommendations. This role is specifically focused on the growth of Roku’s Media & Entertainment ad vertical.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for cross-screen performance ad products, including core positioning, messaging, and communications strategy
  • Set product adoption goals, develop execution strategies, track and analyze performance, and drive adoption of our advertising solutions
  • Deeply understand the features of Roku’s ad products; promote operational plans focusing on revenue and performance as well as the needs of advertisers
  • Identify Roku’s true differentiation against the competitive set with Product Management team to define product roadmap
  • Effectively communicate with Sales leadership to distill and surface market feedback to product teams for new and existing advertising products
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader Roku ecosystem to develop strategic product direction and positioning
  • Be the “one-stop-shop” to the business for information on product, target market, competitors, and customers

We’re excited if you have

  • 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, product marketing/management or growth-related roles
  • Familiarity with the ad tech landscape, including prior experience working with DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, and/or OTT/CTV publishers
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis, interpretation and visualization
  • Understands how to measure success on ROI and use metrics to optimize products
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who deals well with ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to define process improvements
  • This position is located in New York City
