The CRO Analyst / User Researcher Opportunity: You will oversee the functionality of the website, evaluate and manage the website performance and develop and maintain and update website content. Constantly improve the User Experience of the website. Evaluate the functionality and performance of the website and update front-end website content to improve the user experience. Work with the current Designer and Development team to oversee current and upcoming tasks and delegate workload to improve department workflow. Key Duties:

Shaping and delivering the strategic CRO/Experiments roadmap

Project managing the end-to-end CRO workflow

Conducting user-centred research to uncover key conversion barriers along the whole marketing funnel

Collect a wide breadth of data to inform insights across the website experience – including but not limited to Google Analytics, user testing and a/b testing results, heat map results, click map results.

Understand, identify improvements, implement and test the customer journey with the aim to increase our site conversion rates.

Manage, monitor, and constantly find ways using the latest techniques and best practices to improve the organisation’s website.

Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.

Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information.

Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans.

Collaborate with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organisation’s standards.

Create strategies to grow subscriber base and web traffic metrics.

Ensure full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.

Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.

About You

Encourage, manage and monitor team member development of knowledge and skills via constant learning and upskilling whilst seeking out new technologies and latest ecommerce best practices and techniques across all current and new channels.

Experience in the ideation, development, set up and running of digital experiments (A/B, MVT, Personalisation tests)

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and jQuery / JavaScript

Passion and drive for outcome focussed performance

Expert knowledge of Shopify and familiarity with some of the key industry associated apps would be advantageous but not essential.

A good understanding and the best practices of SEO

Solid experience in a high growth ecommerce environment where you have demonstrated hands-on experience in developing and executing growth strategies.

2 years experience in leadership

Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.

Proven ability to use data to drive decisions

Great PM skills – the ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
