Data Engineer Python -Immediate Start -Remote within the UKDue to an increase in business activity across the EMEA & US regions the Data Science team of one of the worlds best known Online Media Brands would like to appoint a Data Engineer to their global team.The OfferThis role offers an annual salary of £64 -80K per yearThis role can be worked on a fully remote basis from anywhere in the UKThe role will commence as a 7-month contract (working inside IR35)What you will doWork with data analysts to determine the best schemas to translate available data sources into business domains.Build connectors to integrate with Postgres-based RDBMSs, cloud solutions like AWS, Azure.Write scripts to retrieve data from RDBMSs, logging systems (e.g. Splunk), APIs, text files.Your ProfileYou will have a background within Data Warehousing with Python scripting skillsExperience with CI/ CD Continuous Integration, Continuous DevelopmentExperience working with MS Azure, AWS, A/B testing would be good to have but not essential.
