I am supporting a fast growing global Employee Product Company (I can share more details on what they do but its truly unique and a fantastic offering) who are looking for a Senior-Lead Ruby Engineer to help spearhead the development of their platform. They heavily promote a REMOTE culture and have staff all over the globe They have recently gone through series B funding and are now hiring across the board (already added some fantastic people to the team and need more). You’d be joining a FULLY REMOTE team of about 20 (with 30 hires to take place over the next year) and work alongside their front-end team (React) & Head of Engineering They are working with the most recent Ruby frameworks and are looking for a Senior/ Lead Engineer who has extensive experience with Ruby/Ruby on Rails Skills needed: In depth understanding of Ruby/Ruby on Rails SaaS experience a huge plus and/or experience working with a Product company
