How you will help us to make Zzoomm awesome\u2026.Your m ain role will be to provide first line IT support for all Zzoomm employees, taking full control of IT issues and service requests including management of office infrastructure such as printers and conference systems etc for the Crewe office as well as other remote offices and home-based employees. Reporting into the Office IT & Infrastructure Manager you will have responsibility for first line IT support and the provision of IT equipment to support our nationwide growth plans and delivering results in line with the broader Zzoomm business strategy. You are methodical, detail orientated and a good communicator as you will be the face of IT support within the business.   • Support all Zzoomm employees across a number of offices with their Windows 10 laptops, Android mobiles and tablets
  • Manage stock of equipment to support our business growth, raising purchase orders as required to maintain equipment availability.
  • Prepare & distribute Windows 10 laptops, Android phones and tablets to new hires as required, sometimes at short notice.
  • Maintain the IT ticketing system ensuring requests and incidents are resolved within quality standards and SLA’s
  • Handle equipment deliveries and local equipment installation which will involve manual handling.
  • You will need to travel to other offices on occasion so will need a full current driving license and access to a car.
  • You will attend the weekly new hire induction meetings where you will distribute equipment and demonstrate how to use it.
  • You will have prepared, supported and repurposed Windows 10 computers
  • You will have experience of Mobile Device Management systems such as Intune and Maas360.
  • Provide occasional out of hours support if needed.Experience you’ll need…
  • To have managed asset records with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Two years IT support experience
  • Comfortable working in an ITIL based environment a benefit.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced, high growth business will really help you
  • Working with Azure Active Directory
  • Working with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
  • Working with cloud based VOIP systems
  • You will have had experience and be comfortable running training sessions to improve the productivity of our customers.
