Our client is a post Series B, US Headquartered health-tech start-up. The business has grown over 5 times the past year and is looking to hire over 30 people to be a part of their fast growing technology team. The Engineering Manager for SR & DevOps is one of the key hires for Q2 of 2022 and they have multiple vacancies for this role. The Engineering Manager for SR & DevOps is expected to have a solid experience in leading and growing specifically a team of Site Reliability and DevOps engineers. This role shall be owning and scaling live-site operations and incident response. This is a remote work and is open to candidates from anywhere in the world with minimum expectations of at least 3-4 hours of work hours overlap with CST or PST. The ideal candidate should have: High interest / passion for start-ups, MUST have worked at one or more (or maybe your own) start-up business Solid experience in developing and supporting cloud applications on AWS, ECS/Fargate, PostgreSQL/Aurora, Lambda, SQS/SNS, S3, DynamoDB, Kafka/Kinesis, Elasticsearch, Snowflake/Redshift, Terraform At least 10 years of relevant SR & DevOps experience with the recent years in a leadership / people management role We review each application thoroughly and will arrange an initial discussion with the shortlisted candidates who best meet our clients’ requirements.
