Senior UX and Optimisation Manager £55k – £65k fantastic bonus and benefits and remote working Bookmark are currently looking to recruit a Senior UX and Optimisation Manager for a successful services organisation. This market leader are a global business however this role will focus on their UK operation and will be responsible for the User experience of their websites commercial performance. This encompasses the end-to-end journey from landing page to sales confirmation page with the primary objective is to maximise the return on advertising spend through optimal conversion to sale at the highest average order value Key responsibilities Own, end-to-end strategy definition, development and execution of change and optimisation of the website Fully manage UX optimisation testing programme and delivery Working closely with E-commerce Change Manager, to manage sprint cycle and change prioritisation Manage, motivate and develop 2 team members; UX & Design Manager and Drupal Developer Own and manage the relationship and budgets with agency partners, including but not limited to optimisation and Drupal development partners Liaise with and influence key stakeholders (Leadership team, Marketing, Operations, IT) to ensure buy-in Work closely and collaboratively with colleagues within the Acquisition Marketing team to ensure website development supports: Achievement of SEO targets through best-practice SEO techniques including technical SEO, IA and content development Achievement of conversion targets for digital and other media, including but not restricted to PPC, Affiliate, Email acquisition campaigns Definition of, analysis and interpretation of Insight and Analytics from a range of tool Work with the Head of Acquisition Marketing in the development and delivery of the Online strategy Develop and manage annual website change budget Liaise with Group Marketing and other international colleagues on evolution and utilisation of shared capabilities and technologies Key requirements Minimum 5-years’ experience in user experience and optimisation of transactional websites; Expert knowledge of user centred design methodologies (IA, wire framing, prototyping, user testing) Expert knowledge of A/B and MVT testing Hands-on knowledge of managing content, ideally via Drupal 9, including the creation and optimisation of components, webforms and custom blocks Expert knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics Familiarity with the world of APIs and processing data through them Experience with an agile process of deployment across multiple development environments Confident and articulate communicator Comfortable making decisions about scope and approach of projects Experience of working with multiple key stakeholders, including senior management, digital agencies and other online team members Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills Experience of user acceptance testing in the context of digital change Interest and knowledge of UX and optimisation trends and best practice The company offer a market leading benefits package, they have a great flexible working culture so the role can be remote with just a requirement to be in the office in Yorkshire 3 or 4 days a month.
