• Fully Remote £350 – £500 per day DOE Outside IR35
• 6 months rolling I am working with a leading organisation based out of London who are looking to hire a UX Designer on a contract basis. They believe that this will be deemed outside IR35 at this stage, but it will undergo review at offer stage to protect all parties. UX Designer Specification: Scope and create intuitive user journeys based on an understanding of business goals & user behaviour work closely with the Product owner and the Senior digital designer. Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys and prototypes optimised for a range of devices and interfaces and use these to gain stakeholder sign off before to go in the process UI with the Senior Digital Designer. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions underpinned by analytics and best practise UX heuristics. Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to core and new functions and features. Take a user centred design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs. Ability to iterate UX designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently. Ability to communicate design processes, ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to internal teams & 3rd parties around the world. Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete UX design implications for the UI designer. Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great UX design. Be passionate about all things digital and other areas of design and innovation. Ability to work in a fast paced, quick turnaround environment. Highly organised and diligent with a capacity to work on multiple projects and tasks at the same time. Experience of manual testing across devices & browsers. 3 or more years of UX design experience. Experience of Jira Software, Agile methodology, notion in Zeplin and Confluence will be a plus. Expertise in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Prototyping tools, notion in Creative Cloud (illustrator, photoshop will be a plus). Can understand the world of HTML5, CSS style, JavaScript & APIs. Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile first and responsive design. A solid grasp of user experience working close with the Product Owner and the Senior Digital Designer, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
