As a CRO Specialist,you will support the digital department in developing and improving opportunities within Saga Travel’s digital platforms tomaximise and enhance the customer experience. You will bring with you a blend of a creative drive andan analytical mindset, including finely honed communication skills with the ability to articulate principles and benefits with confidence and clarity, to stakeholders of all levels. So, if this is of interest to you then we would be keen to hear from you Role Responsibility Creating and maintaining a testing/optimisation strategy. Analysing areas of focus for overall or cohort groups to gain conversion opportunities. Designing tests using brand guidelines and UI, with UX and accessibility in mind. Implementing tests using A/B testing tools such as Adobe Target using jQuery or JavaScript with a knowledge of HTML/CSS. Prioritising tests based on strategic effectiveness, measuring performance to find the key opportunities. The Ideal Candidate Knowledge of latest digital trends and competitor analysis. Experience designing in Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience using analytics tools e.g. Google analytics. Working with CRO tools e.g. Adobe Target. Have a working knowledge of HTML/CSS and JS/jQuery Have a proactive mindset and able to think strategically Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with A/B testing tools Our values are: Precision Pace- Always owning and making things happen.
