The successful Senior Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Head of Growth to position the business as leading the ‘new retail’ model, delivering relevant and compelling digital marketing campaigns that resonate with both prospective and existing customers. Based at home, in the office, or a blend of the two, you’ll be the driving force behind growing our client’s email and CRM capabilities whilst supporting other digital channels including paid social, SEO and website optimisations. This is not your usual, run of the mill B2B marketing role. You’ll be working for a number of iconic fashion and retail brands as part of an industry disrupting team, alongside bright, dynamic individuals who share your passion for thinking outside of the box. Key Responsibilities Email and CRM; you’ll plan, create and deploy effective, automated life-cycle campaigns to deliver personal, relevant, and timely communications to our different customer groups. Website optimisation; you’ll support our web improvements, analyse user behaviour and set A/B tests to optimise engagement for our digital campaigns. Reporting; you’ll own email performance metrics and analyse and report on other digital performance metrics requested by the Head of Growth. Support on day-to-day operational tasks; including working closely with the wider marketing team to distribute relevant content to our different customer segments. Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously Be a stickler for testing & evaluation – learn, optimise and fail fast Analyse competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance Skills & Experience Relevant degree or a minimum of 2 years digital marketing experience Good working knowledge of the digital marketing mix and techniques Experience of planning and implementing customer journey automations Experience of delivering email marketing communications to customer databases with multiple segments Great organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects, coupled with an eye for detail and the ability to work accurately Skills in data analysis and interpreting statistics Experience using Klaviyo ESP or similar Good working knowledge of Google Analytics Desirable but not essential Experience implementing A/B and multivariate testing Experience working with HubSpot & Facebook Ads would be useful Experience in email marketing for a high growth e-commerce B2B or B2C Tech Startup This is a wonderful opportunity for an ambitious Senior Digital Marketing Executive looking for exciting career progression, to join an in demand, expanding company on the next stage of their growth journey.
