Customer Engagement Manager – EMEAWe are open to remote applications from the UK or Ireland or you can use our Soho/Dublin officeAre you passionate about online advertising? Do you enjoy optimizing paid search campaigns? If so, this might be the role for you.The Customer Engagement Manager is responsible for managing Paid Search Campaigns for Enterprise-level clients. You will provide consultative solutions to address customer business needs and will help execute clients’ strategies in order to drive traffic and maximize returns, efficiencies, and customer acquisition.ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and execute Paid Search (PPC/SEM) campaigns, including but not limited to: account setup, strategy, tactical development, organization, management, and testingResponsible for ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, bid management, negative keyword strategies, audience targets, and A/B tests Implement automated bidding solutions to maximize customers’ SEM objectivesAnalyze performance data and trends to gather insights, identify opportunities, and communicate goal-driven recommendations to clientsDevelop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with customers and act as a trusted advisor to brands and their agenciesLead discussions that drive customers’ marketing strategy, help define key business success metrics, monitor and report on goals in order to provide visibility to customersInteract on a regular basis with customer personnel through virtual and on-site meetings regarding their marketing program goals and successesWork within a driven and highly motivated team to provide a world-class client experienceStay informed of industry news and developments, new best practices, and emerging technologies which could impact customersRequirements2+ years of experience managing large scale, complex SEM campaignsIn-depth understanding of Paid Search (PPC/SEM) campaign management and optimization best practices, as well as search retargetingAdvanced understanding of online media metrics and the impact of those on client campaigns and marketing initiatives. Well-versed in client KPIs, inclusive of: Branding/Awareness, Customer Acquisition & LTV,Direct ResponseAdvanced Excel capability with confidence in data manipulation and analysisStrong analytical, technical and problem-solving mindset. Must show agility in understandingconcepts deeply and quickly then able to relay knowledge to colleagues and customers in a concise and clear wayExcellent client facing and presentation skills, with the ability to make credible strategic recommendations, provide updates against KPIs on a regular basis, and participate in QBRsHigh levels of attention to detail, integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation, coupled with strong project management and organizational skillsAbility to strengthen the Customer and Marin partnership through their day-to-day interactions with internal and external teamsExperience with other SaaS technologies, Web Analytics Platforms and/or CRM systems desiredGoogle Ads and Bing AdCenter certifiedAbout Marin Software:An ally to online marketers, Marin Software delivers the leading independent multichannel digital advertising platform.
