We have a career opportunity for a talented, driven and proactive Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our in-house agency. Reporting into the Head of Recruitment Marketing, this role will lead a team of Recruitment Marketing Managers aligned to our largest, blue-chip, enterprise clients and will be responsible for senior stakeholder management (up to board level).As a marketing team, we are passionate about delivering fresh ideas and robust attraction strategies that deliver results. You will receive all the help and support so you can realise your full potential.What the role involves:Senior stakeholder management (up to board level), both internally and with our clientsAct as your client’s employer brand guardian for all comms, digital assets and marketing collateralBudget management including spend, reporting and delivering ROIDevelop strategy, manage activation and report on talent attraction campaigns for volume and experienced hires, perm and tempAdvise and lead on campaigns that leverage the client’s diversity, equality and inclusion strategy for the business areas under your remitProject management of employer brand and candidate attraction campaignsLine management of Recruitment Marketing Managers aligned to RPO accountsWho we’re looking for:A manager or senior manager with people/team management experienceSenior stakeholder management, proven experience with internal and client stakeholders up to board levelProven experience in budget management, commercial awareness and project managementStrong technical expertise with a grasp on employer branding, EVP, media and recruitment marketing conceptsAble to create market value, look for opportunities to seize opportunities through market insights and cross-sell/upsell our marketing servicesAble to model best practices and processes to the wider team, act as an SME for our core services and productsWhat you’ll receive:22 days annual leave + 8 days bank holiday (pro-rata)Competitive salaryRemote working, hybrid of office and homeAbility to grow your career with plenty of opportunities within the UK and further afieldWork for a global brand with values at its core, voted as one of the World’s Most Ethical Companies 13 years in a row.Think this could be your next move?
