Regeneron’s Infectious Disease group is seeking an R&D Associate join our team studying viral infections. This individual will be responsible for carrying out in vitro assays to support the discovery of antiviral therapeutics.
As an R&D Associate, a typical day may include the following:
- Performing ELISAs, virus infection assays, and other in vitro assays
- Extracting and purifying plasmid DNA
- Performing PCR
- Molecular cloning to express constructs of interest
- Cell culture
- Data analysis
- Maintaining reliable records
- Providing verbal updates and presenting your work to the broader team

- You are eager to learn and apply your skills to advance antiviral therapies
This role requires a MS + 1 year of experience or BS + 2 years of experience. We are seeking experience with PCR, immunological assays including ELISA, as well as strong communication and time-management skills. Experience with some of the following skills are preferred: molecular cloning, animal handling, microscopy, flow cytometry and cell culture.
