The Role…

We are hiring for a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator to come in and support our Recruitment Marketing division, a division making some serious impact at Ph.As Coordinator for the team, you will assist the management of multiple marketing deliverables and projects, across multiple clients. You’ll support the wider Recruitment Marketing team in the execution of all elements across our “Deploy” strategy. Your day could range from communications with our mega clients, supporting the creation of long term recruitment marketing strategies or planning and running workshops. You’ll also be involved in supplier management, ensuring that all campaigns are running effectively.One of your focus areas will be supporting our Employer Brand Activation Consultant. Activating an employer brand is when the magic we have created comes to life, whether that is internally for employees or externally for future candidates. You’ll be a part of delivering what that looks like for our clients from basic solutions to longevity programs and projects.You’ll be part of an exciting journey as we continue to build a world class team, growing and amplifying our recruitment marketing offer around the world. As part of this team, you’ll act as an integral cog – keeping a finger to the pulse on external trends and offerings, ensuring that we are bringing the best to our range of clients.You’ll definitely need to be a self-starter, and it’s going to be a little chaotic as the division continues to grow. What will the role look like on a day to day basis?

All of us here get involved in a whole host of different projects. Things move fast, and you’ll need to be collaborative, adaptable, and resilient. And whenever change comes along, which it often does, you’ll be able to take it in your stride. Here are just a few of the things we’ll be looking for you to deliver:

  • Supporting the Recruitment Marketing team in the delivery of multiple incredible, insightful and inspiring recruitment marketing plans that build ever-improving results for clients.
  • In collaboration with the Digital Advertising Strategists and external suppliers; creating monthly reporting decks for our clients and their executives, showcasing the success of ongoing campaigns.
  • Conducting market research ensuring you are ahead of the curve and a subject matter expert on the latest tech platform, understanding how these will influence the way our clients and their talent will interact with media channels.
  • Creating great relationships with everyone at Ph… collaborating across creative, account, production, and management teams, ensuring we are constantly aligned in our offerings, ways of working, project deliverables and timelines
  • Support with the management of our external suppliers
  • Supporting our client services teams running activation workshops
  • Be involved in ad-hoc and bespoke activation builds for some of the biggest brands in the world.
  • Support in the delivery of activation solutions for our clients. With a particular focus on internal embedding within TA/HR.
  • Be involved in the behind the scenes of building our activation offering.

As well as this list, you’ll need to take on other tasks in line with the job too. But we’ll give you what you need to succeed, whatever we ask you to do.

What You’ll Need To Bring…

  • Excellent recruitment marketing or recruitment experience gained in a similar agency or client-side media/comms/co-ordinator role.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and co-create with team members across multiple functions.
  • An understanding of digital media, creativity, and best practice.
  • Be data literate, obsessing over metrics and reporting and using the numbers to direct your decisions with insight and confidence.
  • Fresh knowledge of the latest trends, tech, and practices and marketing, digital, and media
  • Project management experience, managing and balancing multiple priorities and workstreams
  • Ability to assist and to run workshops or group sessions
