Perimeter 81 is looking for a qualified and resourceful HRBP to join our fast-growing and award-winning B2B SaaS security scaleup.

This position is based in Tel Aviv and reports to the VP of HR.

The HRBP will be the focal point for both managers and employees on HR inquiries in our Israeli office. While partnering with different HR functions, you will consult and assist managers to build healthy and productive teams in a way that reflects the business objectives, DNA and values of Perimeter 81.

Job description

  • Provides advice, coaching and consulting managers
  • Provides day-to-day guidance to managers and help them to build and manage high performing teams
  • Works closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Initial HR point of contact for our employees
  • Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
  • Identifies training needs for the department and works with L&D on solutions
  • Support initiatives of employees engagement and retention

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience in similar HR roles, preferred in a Start-up and/or technological company
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking
  • Coaching, consulting & mentorship capabilities
  • Customer facing and service orientation
