Job Description

The Part Time People Scheduler works with the Supply Chain Leaders and frontline team members on shift to ensure scheduling needs are covered in compliance with policy and contractual guidelines while supporting labor efficiency targets.

Weekend Shift: Saturday-Sunday (1pm-11pm)

Job Responsibilities

  • Scheduling personnel for all of manufacturing
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing contract language as pertaining to scheduling
  • Attendance, vacation, & qualification tracking. Calling in and calling off employees.
  • Other duties as assigned

Key attributes of a successful candidate will include:

  • Strong customer service, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude when engaging with and supporting managers, peers, and team members
  • Reliable and flexible in order to ensure coverage of all manufacturing scheduling needs
  • Able to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to learn and apply knowledge


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
