Dance Pizazz is seeking a organized, positive-minded self-starter for our part-time studio Assistant. This is a amazing opportunity for someone who loves to work with people in an upbeat, super fun environment! The part-time Studio Assistant is responsible for maintaining the student scheduling and email database, thank you and anniversary card campaigns, various days-to-day tacks, light organization and cleaning, and assisting the Studio Manager and Dance Pizazz Management,
Must be able to work well in a busy environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work as part of our staff towards team goals. Skills required: quality written and oral communication skills, proven organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving ability. Graphic Design experience is a plus.
The position is 8 hours with days/times from 12 noon until 4:00pm Monday and Wednesday. Some weeks additional times will be required.
