Working very closely alongside the Digital Director, they will liaise with local digital teams in all relevant European markets ensuring consistency in planning & reporting output and alignment with centrally agreed strategies.

The Digital Account Manager will have a solid operational understanding of the paid digital landscape including how we can use channels (particularly PPC, social and programmatic) to drive digital growth, and how data can be used ethically to drive decision making and results that aligns with agreed strategies and goals.

This is a client facing role and, alongside the Digital Director, they will be responsible for the day to day running of client business at a senior to middle management level and are responsible for working with Client Leads, Business Directors and Planning Teams to distil client briefs and deliver effective strategies.

There will also be opportunities to present to clients and internal teams so someone who has experience with this or is comfortable with presenting to groups is key. They must be personable and good at building relationships as they will be required to work with a broad-range of stakeholders.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Work closely with planning teams to distil client briefs and effectively brief digital specialist teams and local digital teams in relevant European markets
  • Discuss and challenge plans and proposals with specialists and local teams ensuring alignment with centrally agreed strategies, appropriateness for the client and showcasing knowledge of partners/suppliers in terms of suitability
  • Lead presentations to clients where appropriate including digital plans, results, industry updates etc
  • Participate in weekly client status meetings, showcasing progression and/or completion of agreed tasks and keeping clients informed of issues or developments

  • Work with internal teams to deliver accurate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc repots.
  • Oversee post-campaign analysis (PCAs) reports, across all markets – including drawing out actionable insights and reviewing all channels and markets holistically to inform future recommendations
  • Working with the Technology team to ensure all data sources are pulling into real-time reporting dashboards
  • Developing digital knowledge via training courses and meetings with key vendors

Who are you?

  • A digital manager with experience who aspires to be a digital generalist rather than a channel specialist

  • Interest and knowledge of all paid digital channels and able to speak knowledgeably about each one
  • Experience working with both brand and performance advertisers
  • You have a high attention to detail and are able to collaborate well with others
  • Proficient at Excel (e.g. pivot tables) and PowerPoint
  • Passion for digital – having an appetite for learning about the latest channel, format or targeting method
  • Strong communicator as you will be speaking to a wide range of people, some of whom English is not their first language
  • Knowledge of financial booking systems (e.g. Prisma or Media Explorer)

Who are the clients?

Bridgestone

Bridgestone has been a key m/SIX client for a few years, and we continue to grow our relationship with them across multiple European markets. Bridgestone are a proud sponsor of the Olympic Games as well as partnering with music festivals across Europe. This allows us to do exciting media activations across an array of different media channels to help them achieve their goals.

Heading towards Paris 2024 the client has ambitious targets, and we are working in partnership with them and their creative agency to build awareness and anticipation in the run up.

London Business School

LBS provide world class education for Business Audiences across the world at a range of experience levels.

The Pandemic has given them new challenges to deal with, and the pivot to a hybrid virtual/physical world of learning has provided a challenge we have helped them to meet as an agency partner.

The account is a mix of brand and performance digital media, with an increasing focus on understanding how the two work together and ensuring we build high level awareness to fuel future growth for the school.

Who are m/SIX?

m/SIX are one of the world’s fastest-growing media planning & buying agencies, having doubled in size in the last two years. Our international network now comprises over 40 offices across 3 continents.

We have a unique proposition and ownership structure, which is fundamental to how we operate for our clients. We are majority owned by our partners within The&Partnership, but our joint venture with WPP means that we are able to offer a true ‘best of both worlds’ advantage. This means a progressive and entrepreneurial approach to business and culture, whilst providing full access to GroupM’s market-leading pricing, data and technology assets.

As both The&Partnership and m/SIX we have therefore created new models and ways of working which are leading the industry in defining the agency of the future. This means solutions built bespoke for clients’ individual needs, inclusive of all necessary disciplines and working to one bottom line. Creatives, strategist, analysts, investment and production teams working together, with data and technology at the centre. These teams are often implanted directly within the client marketing teams: in the UK we have fully embedded teams at EA, News UK, Talk Talk and Toyota/Lexus. The impact of this has been transformational on our clients’ business.

As a direct outcome of this progressive & transformational agenda, m/SIX has one key ambition: to be the most important place in the careers of our people.

Our Values

We are Energetic, Pioneering and Honest. These are specific to us, and reflect the culture of the agency and significantly the behaviours we seek out day to day within the business. We want to encourage individual Energy to all projects, to be Pioneering within our industry, and regularly receive Honest, and clear feedback.
