What we’re looking for

A head of growth and marketing who is exceptionally quantitative and very comfortable using analytical tools. A marketer who enjoys thinking creatively, writing, and bringing new ideas to life. You are a collaborative and a motivated self-starter, ready to roll up your sleeves and dive right in.

This is a highly tactical and strategic role with a significant impact on the business that requires strategy, analysis and execution on a daily basis. You will define drive this forward by developing our growth strategy while managing a team of 3 specialists in Content, CRM & Data and a generalist marketer.

What you will be doing

We need a dynamic and proven Growth Marketer / Growth Hacker to support us in creating world class acquisition for Candidates and Clients.

Working closely with the CEO and the sales leaders the Marketing Growth Hacker will be asked to deliver warm, qualified leads that can be converted by the sales teams.

You will:

  • Build, manage and optimize paid and organic inbound lead generation campaigns
  • Design and build a Marketing Automation platform to attract, identify, track, scale our candidates pool in our specialist practices while integrating results with our CRM to offer seamless workflows between sales and marketing.
  • Write copy, determine creative strategy, and design ads and other assets to support your campaigns
  • Setting up A/B tests, running cohort analyses, measuring the performance of your campaigns and optimising ROI.
  • Ongoing analysis of performance – clicks, views, etc, as well as report on earned media targets including company and brand awareness goals through weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Monitor key performance indicators, make data-driven recommendations and advocate for internal resources required to drive the continued candidate and client growth via respective marketing channel(s)
  • Grow our network of candidates and clients through social media engagement (Linked In, Instagram, Twitter) to increase our reach.
  • Use these techniques to generate warm leads with clients that can be passed to our sales team to convert, sources include content engagement, events, job adverts, website, posts etc.

Qualifications:

  • 4 years+ of experience in digital marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Hubspot or Dot Digital
  • Experience with Google Analytics, paid search and paid social marketing channels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complicated concepts in clear and concise terms
