About The Role

Responsibility for the Food and Beverage front of house operation across accommodation sites. To overall report directly to the Head of Hotels Operations managers. To support the team to create memorable experiences by maintaining consistent high standards of service to our customers. To take accountability in ensuring that all staff are fully trained to meet all legislation relating to health and safety, licensing laws and hygiene regulations. To lead and develop the team creating a positive working environment. Support the product and sales mix, pricing strategy and quality control of all products. Development of the food and beverage team to ensure consistent high levels of all related areas are achieved now and in the future.

About You

• Management experience, preferably gained in an F&B operation
• Knowledge of COSHH and your food hygiene certificate
• Experience of working in a high volume environment
• The ability to bring out the best in those around you.
• A passion for excellent Customer Service

The role is full time, permanent, averaging 40 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays as required.
