Who We Are

Mention Me is the Referral Engineering™ platform for growth-obsessed ecommerce brands.

Our world-class programmes have delivered more than 4m referrals, totalling £1bn+ in revenue for over 450 brands including Charlotte Tilbury, ASOS, PrettyLittleThing, Ted Baker, Farfetch, allplants, Pret a Manger, and loads more you’ll know.

The Role

We’ve got big plans to scale our business. As we embark on that adventure we need a People team to not only support it, but to lead it, which is where you come in. You’ll report to Ash, our VP of People, and work closely with Sophie to help coordinate, and develop a variety of different people initiatives.

You’ll be joining at an exciting time when we’re crafting our people strategy for a big 2022 and beyond. The scope of the role is broad, with lots to achieve and even more to learn. You will touch every part of the People lifecycle and experience change… a lot of change, fast. Excited? Read on! Just a heads up, the role will be on a 9-month FTC.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll support with collecting, analysing and presenting employee engagement data back to the business
  • You’ll continue to build on our office environment and culture, helping to keep Mention Me a great place to work
  • You’ll make our employee data squeaky clean and up to date
  • You’ll manage and improve our current new onboarding experience
  • You’ll own the ongoing management and expansion of our employee benefits
  • You’ll be the key point of contact for many of our systems and suppliers,
  • You’ll support the roll-out of various people initiatives, such as L&D workshops, and new benefit programs.
  • You’ll plan and coordinate exciting company events, think monthly socials, annual summer parties, and our regular all-hands meetings – your creativity here is welcomed
  • You’ll support our Talent team to effectively manage candidate data
  • You’ll support management on various projects across the people team
