Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the of POLICY AND QUALITY DEPAREMENT FLTREADCEN EAST. Responsibilities You will conduct analysis and measures the effectiveness, efficiency, quality of service and product and productivity of administrative and technical program sand processes. You will conduct audits and provide audit team coordination. You will define product/process to audited. You will prepare presentation materials and conduct audit out-briefs as required. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of 1) Understanding major issues, program goals and objectives, work processes, and administrative operations of Fleet Readiness Center East; 2) Applying, advanced theories, concepts, and principles practiced in the audit process to include root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement; 3) Demonstrating ability with the methods and techniques used in auditing, analytical, statistical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations; 4) Demonstrating skill in selecting, modifying and adapting innovative approaches necessary to gather, analyze and evaluate information concerning processes, operations or questions; 5) Demonstrating knowledge of related management system standards, such as aerospace and other international organization for standardization environmental and safety standards to support effective interaction on joint design and development efforts, programs, or projects; 6) Adapting established and innovative precedents to project requirements; 7) Effectively lead a multi-disciplinary team; effectively communicate orally and in writing and must be able to read, write and interpret technical material associated with product and process requirements; 8) Planning, scheduling and conducting projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a program or support setting.
