Our client, one of the largest and fastest growing banking and wealth management companies in the United States, is looking to hire a Loan Coordinator!

*This is a 6-month W-2 contract hybrid position to start with possible extension based out of LA, SF, or Century City

As a Loan Coordinator, you will onboard all incoming (residential & commercial) loans into the loan origination system. You will also be responsible for the scanning of uploading loan documentation into the document management system and proper labelling of the documents accordingly. They are looking for someone with experience as a Loan Processor or Loan Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Order all 3rd party services (escrow, title, appraisals, environmental report, HOAs, HOI, verifications, etc.)
• Send out initial loan disclosures (LE)
• Assist the processor in obtaining follow-up loan documentation that has been requested
• Provide general administrative support such as managing logistics and refreshments for meetings, answering incoming telephone calls, managing incoming emails/faxes, filing, submitting business expense requests, schedule appointments and distributing mail

Qualifications:

• Experience as a loan processor or a Loan Partner/LLOA with hands on knowledge of loan products and guidelines
• Knowledge of and experience in lending techniques and practices, loan documentation, compliance with federal and state regulations pertaining to the banking industry and lending products and services
• Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient
• Able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person
