All About The Role

As a Global Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging Lead you will work as a trusted business partner, collaborating with the Sales, Marketing and wider UK Senior leadership team to jointly define and set the I,D&B business strategy.

As someone with a passion for data you’ll use your analytical skills to provide insights to our teams, measuring our progress on a variety of I,D&B topics. Working as part of the Global Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging team you’ll be responsible for owning our ambitions, targeting and monitoring strategy across the organisation and play a key role in developing and supporting the inclusive culture of the organisation.

As part of this varied role, we’re also counting on you to:

• Own, lead and implement the I,D&B strategy for our Sales, Marketing and UK leadership teams that complement our I,D&B, company and departmental strategies.
• Be our I,D&B data expert, owning the ambitions, targeting and monitoring pillar of the I,D&B strategy.
• Set ambitious targets and report on new hires, headcount, turnover, equal pay and promotions.
• Champion change and inclusive culture across the business, engaging our people and leaders as we grow and further develop.
• Lead multi-disciplined project teams to deliver I,D&B initiatives across the business.
• Engage and collaborate with the Global HRBP team and others to support the regional and local organisation and other I,D&B team members.

Here’s what we’re looking for from our Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging Lead…

• Experience in Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging, combined with excellent business partnering and leadership skills.
• Experience leading on I,D&B data initiatives, creating reports/dashboards and setting objectives.
• Strong organisational skills and experience working within a rapidly growing, globally oriented and fast-paced environment.
• You are up-to-date on the latest developments within the field of Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging and are passionate about learning.
• You are empathic, connect easily with other people and have a pragmatic approach.
• Flawless communication skills.
