Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Create Content & Campaigns

  • Maintain social media content calendars and execute day-to-day scheduling and publishing across all platforms
  • Plan, manage and report on both paid and organic social media campaigns
  • Design and develop engaging original content (including images, GIFs, post captions, content polls, contests, surveys and video)
  • Build and nurture relationships with outside content creators (like social media influencers)
  • Strategize growth campaigns through partnering social media with other communication mediums (like email)
  • Proactively integrate social media or industry trends into content calendar

Monitor Performance & Metrics

  • Report on social media KPIs to: show the success of each campaign; track conversions; increase growth and engagement
  • Analyze current marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvement and content optimization
  • Balance and maintain budgets for various campaigns

Encourage Engagement & Growth

  • Oversee brand awareness and reputation management in public online areas
  • Create campaigns for user generated content that can be used on social media as well as other marketing channels
  • Encourage positive feedback and respond to negative feedback on all social channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Apple app store, Google Playstore, etc)
  • Support the growth of other departments in Jobble when possible (ex: acquisition campaigns, job or company spotlights, promoting the referral program)

Requirements and Skills:

Social Media

  • Deep understanding of and experience working in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Linkedin, YouTube for a major brand
  • Experience with both paid and organic social media marketing
  • Experience with HootSuite or another platform to schedule content and report on metrics
  • Ability to identify and optimize the best days and times to post on each platform
  • Ability to develop innovative, risk-taking social campaigns


  • Attention to Detail – Consider every aesthetic detail of social posts, from images to links to formatting of copy and captions
  • Have an excellent eye for quality photography and video content
  • Have some experience with graphic design or photo/video editing (such as experience working with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)


  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with audience and buyer persona research
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly pivot and react to a new trend, opportunity or crisis
  • Firm understanding of both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experience developing, analyzing and maintaining detailed parameter tracking to measure engagement and success
  • Ability to conceptualize campaigns and distribution rhythms


  • Experience with customer service, encouraging community engagement and de-escalating situations in a public manner
  • Be a digital conversationalist with strong instincts for successful storytelling and marketing
  • Have a clear understanding of other traditional and digital marketing approaches: email, events, lead generation, PR, etc
  • Practice strong communications skills that can flex to fit any platform, media, character count or audience
