Overview

JLL is currently seeking a dynamic and qualified CMMS Data Entry Clerk to oversee the CMMS process to provide reliable, timely, and efficient support. This position will report to the Facility Manager of JLL. The position entails working with a diverse group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

The individual will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload. This role provides a support to the CMMS Administrator/Planner and the successful candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a team player attitude.

Essential Functions

  • Fast and accurate data entry ability
  • Provide support to the CMMS Administrator/Planner
  • Provide customer support to clarify and schedule requested work
  • Support batching and dispatching of work orders to facility personnel
  • Maintain current Work Order Tracker pulling data from CMMS and quickly organizing critical information
  • Review and audit work orders for completion and quality prior to entering into the system
  • Work with facility personnel (mechanics, engineers etc.) to draft and review job plans for preventative maintenance
  • Support CMMS Administrator Planner in audit preparation
  • Sort and file completed work orders
  • Maintain clean, organize and safe workspace
  • Comply with all the policies and procedures of JLL and client facility

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient typing and software navigation
  • Able to review and analyze data to identify discrepancies
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to establish priorities to meet deadlines
  • Team player, hard worker, good interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Maximo, a plus
