We’re looking for a new Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Lead to help us realise our ambition to become a truly compassionate and inclusive organisation in everything we do.

The post promotes, champions and leads equality, diversity and inclusion programmes across the organisation to support and inspire equality outcomes for all.

More specifically, the post holder will take lead on implementing the public sector equality duty to demonstrate due regard to eliminate unlawful discrimination; foster good relations; and promote equal opportunity for all.

You will contribute to the implementation of our People and OD Strategy and our People Promise with key stakeholders within the Trust and with our external partners.

You should have relevant professional or related qualifications and ideally extensive experience in developing and implementing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion programmes that have made tangible differences.

You will have strong communication and innovation skills and be able to demonstrate your ability to motivate multiple teams. You will also be strategically minded ensuring our vision for Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion are embedded in the organisation and reflected in our People & OD Strategy.

We are unique as an integrated Trust of Acute, Community, Mental Health and Ambulance Services and theTrust is in good shape after a successful CQC inspection.

We are hybrid working and welcome flexible working arrangements.
