Role: Customer Success Manager

Location: London

Salary: £70k + £30k OTE

Ingenio is proud to be representing one of the most exciting SaaS start-ups in the world right now! We are currently partnered with a US HQ’d business that raised $100m Series C earlier this year and is looking to open a European presence.

You will be one of the first hire within the EMEA team and will be a key member who will shape the landscape of this business in the coming years. The role will suit someone who has been working within a SaaS organisation as a Customer Success Manager to join as they continue to build out the core leadership team within the UK.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for a targets of 120% NRR on a quarterly basis
• Develop and enact a custom plan for each customer’s onboarding, expansion, and renewal goals
• Communicate new use cases and features/functionality that will enhance the customer’s workflow and drive organizational product adoption
• Develop a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and the needs of our customers
• Advocate for customers and collaborate internally to find solutions with our product development, technical support, account management, and sales
• Build strong relationships internally across account management, support, product development, and other teams
• Lead end-user training, conduct executive business reviews, and proactively monitor and drive product usage to ensure the customer is maximizing value

Qualifications

• Fluent in French
• 3-5 years experience in a similar function
• Experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience maintaining ARR of £2M+ including contract values over £100k
• Experience with support tools and platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk and JIRA
• Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal). A written sample may be requested
• Ability to partner effectively with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level contacts, along with day-to-day users of the software
• Successful track record creating, implementing, and maintaining processes
