Are you looking for a role in the HR department of one of the biggest and best organisations in the World? We are hiring entry level positions within the Internal Recruitment function of this Fortune 500 company. This position would suit someone with a degree who has had a good introduction to a HR/ Recruitment role/ a commercial, challenging and fast paced admin position.

The basics

  • Remote at the moment moving to hybrid at some point this year, likely to be a 3:2 split
  • Based in Central London
  • Paying £30-£40k basic plus other financial elements to the package that we will discuss with you
  • Starting between now and June depending on your availability
  • Suitable for people wanting to take one of their early steps into an internal recruitment role

What is the role?

  • You will be the first point of contact for all candidates, the face of the organisation and as such must be very professional polite and have customer services in the forefront of your mind. You will also need to be very organised and good at communication to keep in touch with candidates and hiring managers throughout the whole recruitment process.
  • Administration of the complete recruitment process from application to interview to offer stage, and on-boarding new starters etc.
  • You will be working on roles around Europe.
  • You will be the first point of contact for all candidates, the face of the organisation and as such must be very professional polite and have customer services in the forefront of your mind. You will also need to be very organised and good at communication to keep in touch with candidates and hiring managers throughout the whole recruitment process.
  • Booking interviews across Europe, with complex time differences, in multiple sites, with many stakeholders etc, so attention to detail and accuracy is key.
  • Sending Interview Confirmation
  • Answering candidates and hiring manager queries
  • Taking Interview feedback
  • Reporting for example No of interviews at each stage of process etc
  • You will be involved in ad hoc administration and recruitment projects to support the recruitment team.
  • This is a volume recruitment administration role, which is very fast paced, so speed and accuracy are in order.

What are they looking for?

  • A degree in HR, Business Studies, Communications, Marketing or other relevant field
  • You will need experience in a fast-paced office environment within, HR, Recruitment or Administration.
  • A CIPD or a strong interest in working in an internal recruitment/ HR team is very important
  • Experience of all Microsoft office applications.
  • You will need to be used to working in a corporate environment where professionalism and business acumen is crucial.
  • Proactive and hard working
  • Able to prioritize workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly organised and good at time management
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English. You will need to be able to construct very corporate emails to candidates and internal colleagues, so you will need a very strong written communication as well as verbal.
