You Will…
- Review expense reports for proper coding to accounts and classes.
- Assist in answering questions on Flagship’s travel and expense policies.
- Assist in creating reporting on Flagship’s travel and entertainment expenses.
- Assist with maintenance of Concur to NetSuite Connector
- Review expenses posted in NetSuite and validate concur postings
- Follow up with employees to ensure timely submission of expenses.
- Schedule onboarding meetings with new employees.
- Assist with special projects when applicable.
- Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential
You Have…
- Experience with account reconciliations
- Experience with SAP Concur
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong ability to meet sensitive deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2+ years of accounting experience
Exceptional Candidates Will Have…
- Certified Public Accountant
- High proficiency in NetSuite
- High proficiency in Concur
- Experience in expense billing
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
