Pay Range: $77,000 – $92,500 annually, based on experience

Full Range: $77,000 – $100,250 annually

Classification: Full-time, Exempt

Job Responsibilities:

  • Individual annual sales and service goal component to be assigned in conjunction with the annual office planning goals
  • Contributes to profit center production goals including loans, deposits and assets under management
  • Monitors and administrates loan portfolios including covenant tracking, collateral exceptions, loan documentation and less complex loan requests
  • Assists with new and existing lending opportunities and acts as a liaison between support groups
  • Support Lending staff in processing and managing loans through the approval process
  • Supports Lending team with daily client service.
  • Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company’s Intranet;
  • Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital;
  • Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement;
  • Complete all assigned training on time.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance or accounting (or equivalent professional experience) is preferred -Required
  • 1-3 years experience in bank deposit operations and/or services – Required
  • NMLS upon hire – Required
  • ACH or NCP certification upon hire – Preferred
  • Intermediate-level familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to communicate clearly to various levels within the organization
  • General knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry is preferred
