  • You’ll bring experience in UX, UI or product design and will have already contributed to shipped projects whilst demonstrating relevant design and collaboration skills

FanDuel Group is a world-class team of brands and products all built with one goal in mind — to give fans new and innovative ways to interact with their favorite games, sports, teams, and leagues. That’s no easy task, which is why we’re so dedicated to building a winning team.

Millions of sports fans use FanDuel products every day to get closer to the action, so we take pride in building products that make sports more exciting, are easy to use and incredibly reliable.

What you’ll do:

You’ll be joining a growing UX & Design team, working on innovative new features and building upon the existing experiences that our customers love, maintaining our best in class status for Account, Wallet, Responsible Gaming and Customer Reward.

You’ll use your UX, UI, prototyping, and product skills to craft exciting, valuable experiences for our customers on iOS, Android, and web apps as an integrated part of the end to end product development process, influencing the customer at all stages.

  • Work on projects with a lot of self-direction, or lead smaller projects with guidance and help, and be responsible for the design outcomes
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, commercial stakeholders and more to deliver great experiences
  • Identify constraints with the projects, and work to overcome them whilst seeking out feedback from the team, your manager, and stakeholders to inform design direction
  • Contribute to project and team meetings, and you’ll showcase and discuss your work often
  • Run basic research sessions if needed, with support from the UX Research team

What you bring:

You’re capable in standard product design processes and will have a depth of technical understanding for design. You’ll have a good understanding of visual hierarchy, layout and information architecture.

You’re comfortable using a design system, and building on previous work in a product. You consider the wider user experience in your work and know how to gain a strong understanding of the vision and key measure of success for your projects.

  • In house or agency product design background
  • FinTech, Banking, Financial Services or Payments experience would be a bonus
  • Experience of iterating on an existing product whilst working closely with software engineers
  • Some working knowledge of user research processes and methodologies

What to include in your application:

  • Your resume and any extra info that’s relevant
  • At least one case study of a real world project. A portfolio with multiple case studies is better. Demonstrate your UX, UI, product thinking, process, and communication skills. If you can’t share a case study with us, please let us know why so we can work something out.
  • Any online profiles like Dribbble, Behance, Codepen, or others that you think we should see.
