We are looking for a Frontend Software Engineer to join a fast growing team.

Daily Life of A Frontend Engineer

  • Develop and maintain responsive single page applications using mainly Ember.js and React.js
  • Participate in agile planning, estimation and development to enable fast iteration and feedback loop
  • Communicate proactively with development team members to ensure alignment on goals and objectives
  • Contribute ideas and efforts to improve quality and efficiency of the development processes
  • Provide input on feasibility, usability and product design to build the best possible customer experiences using available resources

Requirements

  • Experience in jQuery and JavaScript frameworks used to build single page applications; Ember.js and React.js are preferred
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, memory management, performance considerations and tradeoffs
  • HTML5 – Familiar with HTML5 APIs and browser compatibility
  • CSS3 – Good knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SAAS/LESS
  • AJAX, REST, CLI tools, template engines, Node.js, Lodash.js and usability testing are pluses.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-organizing
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving problems and helping others
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and self-education
  • Good at verbal and written communication in English
