Package: Competitive base. £25k per annum pro-rata

Type: 3-month contract (June – August). This role is crucial for executing Everleaf’s summer events calendar, so weekend work will be required (with time in lieu)

Additional requirements: Must have a full (clean) driver’s license.

What’s the role?

This role is responsible for showcasing sophisticated spritz moments in every experiential touch point this summer. The summer events manager role is fast paced and wide ranging. No two days will be the same. It is a hugely exciting opportunity for the right person to make a real impact, and to gain fantastic experience in marketing and events.

Reporting into the Brand & Activation Manager, your role will be to act as the brand guardian and ambassador, responsible for driving awareness & trial by activating Everleaf at our consumer events, trade shows, on-trade activations and vital “liquid-on-lips” opportunities to showcase the sophisticated spritz moments for Everleaf this summer.

You will gain experience in brand activation and will be on the ground at the events, ensuring the Everleaf brand messages are relayed to our consumers and their first taste and experience of Everleaf brand is of distinction. When not focusing on booked events, you will be responsible for securing additional opportunities to showcase our spritz serves.

You will gain experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver projects that drive brand equity at all events/activations.

What does the job involve?

• Brand Activation: Activate and act as the Event Manager at Everleaf’s busy consumer and trade events this year. This will include managing event teams and organising logistics. It will include some weekends and evenings (with time in lieu).

• Reporting, analysis and event admin: Responsible for managing inventory, health & safety, general event administration including event reporting and forecasting.

• Brand communications: Working with the Brand Manager and Content Manager, ensure events are amplified though social media pre-event – during the event and post event.

• Trade marketing Activate high-quality executional activations in our key on-trade accounts. You will assist the Brand Manager in trade activations and gain experience being a liaison between sales and marketing teams.

Who are you & what experience will you have?

• Passionate about drinks and flavour: We are looking for someone who is really excited about joining Everleaf, who is keen to play a pivotal role in developing Everleaf at this key point of expansion.

• A natural born marketer. Ideally, you will have had experience working as a brand ambassador at events and/or the on-trade and understand how to engage with consumers to tell a brand story. You are a creative thinker who is not afraid to suggest viable new ideas, concepts and approaches to make their impact on our brands.

• A self-starter: As Everleaf is a small company, you will be given significant responsibility. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, driven and sets clear direction for themselves. A strong attention to detail in project management is vital to deliver projects on time and to budget,
