About the job

What can you expect on the role?

The principle objective is to provide a service to develop and profitably grow a client portfolio in the target territory of France through:

  • maintenance and development of business relations
  • 10% care of the existing client portfolio and 90% acquisition of new clients
  • conducting business meetings with owners and fleet managers of transport companies
  • negotiation of terms and conditions within the offered products and services
  • resolution of complaints and resolution of receivables in cooperation with other departments
  • monitoring market trends and monitoring of competition
  • Willingness to travel with time flexibility
  • Sound judgment and fast decision-making skills
  • Responsible and independent approach to trade
  • Good organizational skills

What are we expecting from you?

  • Min 4-5 years of experience from sales position (e.g. sales manager, Key Account Manager, Business Development Manager etc.)
  • Excited about doing a business, exploring new sales opportunities, meeting with various people
  • Focused on achieving results and meeting targets
  • Great communication and presentation skills, highly professional behavior & performance
  • Knowledge of local language (native speaker) as well as English language (advanced)
  • Active Driver (home office based job with travelling most of the time to meet with customers)
  • You will spend time travelling to meet customers. Our modern offices are available as well.
